OVEN
18-22 minutes 450ºF/230ºC
1 Preheat oven to 450 ºF / 230 ºC.
2 Spread frozen fried potatoes in a single layer on a cooking sheet or a shallow baking dish.
3 Bake 18 to 22 minutes to desired colour and crispness, turning potatoes once or twice.
4 Serve immediately after cooking. Servir immédiatement après cuisson.
Alternate method
DEEP FRYER
2 ½ minutes 350ºF/180ºC
1 Preheat fryer to 350 ºF / 180 ºC.
2 Place frozen fried potatoes in fryer, no more than half full.
3 Cook 2 ½ minutes to desired colour and crispness, then remove fryer basket and excess of oil.
4 Serve immediately after cooking.
