OVEN
1. Preheat oven to 325 °F (160 °C).
2. Empty the pouch in an ovenproof dish and cover.
3. Bake 20-25 minutes.

STOVE TOP
15-20 min. 205 °C / 400 °F
1. Place pouch into a pot and cover with water.
2. Bring the water to a boil and turn down to a gentle simmer for 15 minutes.

1. Empty the pouch in a microwaveable bowl.
