Nature of the work

You are of legal age, enjoy working with the public, building relationships, maintaining a conversation, developing your clientele, creating and serving cocktails, and food, all while following the standards. You want to evolve with a dynamic and professional team. You don't have the necessary experience? Don't worry, we'll train you on site, and you’ll get paid for it. We also offer several training courses in Hygiene and Sanitation, Occupational Health and Safety, as well as training on hazardous products and materials. We have developed a mentoring program to help you find your way around.

Main functions

  • Prepare and serve the different drinks
  • Serving food
  • Prepare drinks for the waiters
  • Setting up the bar
  • Be responsible for the cash register and inventory
  • Apply the rules of hygiene, health and safety in the workplace
  • Follow the operating instructions and maintain the equipment
  • Ensure the constant cleanliness of his workstation
  • Respecting stock rotation
  • Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, warehouses, and other storage areas in accordance with inventory rotation
  • Operate the glasswasher and store the glasses in the appropriate places.
  • Ensures and executes all other tasks requested by the manager

Requirements

Interpersonal skills, ease in communicating, leadership, integrity, lives well with stress, autonomous, respectful, and responsible.
