In 1992, the first Bâton Rouge opened its doors at Carrefour Laval, driven by a simple yet powerful idea: serve exceptional ribs, perfectly grilled steaks, and top-quality seafood in an atmosphere that feels like home. Over the years, we’ve grown alongside the communities that have embraced us, expanding across Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia—but no matter how much we grow, our roots remains firmly in Canada.
