Fresh for Summer: Bâton Rouge Grillhouse & Bar New Menu Items

Summer is here, and with it comes a wave of bold, seasonal flavours at Bâton Rouge Grillhouse & Bar. Our Summer 2025 Core Menu refresh is officially live, and it's serving up a mix of indulgent comfort and fresh, vibrant ingredients that bring something new to the table—literally.

This update adds seven brand-new dishes to our menu, each crafted to match the season’s energy. Whether you're visiting for a relaxed evening on the patio or a long-awaited get-together with friends, there’s now even more to love at your local Bâton Rouge.

 Introducing Our Summer 2025 Menu Additions 

Whether you’re craving something light or indulgent, these new dishes are designed to elevate your experience with a fresh burst of creativity and flavour. Our summer menu update is all about celebrating the season—fresh ingredients, bold combinations, and the joy of sharing meals with the people who matter. These new additions complement our signature grillhouse favourites, giving guests more variety while maintaining the quality and warmth they expect from Bâton Rouge.  

Here’s what’s new:  


Feta Fries: fun take on cheesesticks, these crispy feta fries are topped with sauce vierge & Mike’s Hot Honey®.  

Crab Cakes: Two crispy, made in-house, crab cakes, coated in a sweet pineapple salsa and garnished with beet micro-greens.

Grilled Peach Salad: The perfect salad to embrace summer. Topped with grilled peaches, feta, cherry tomatoes, red onion, maple pecans and finished with Mike’s Hot Honey® and a balsamic glaze.  

Ahi Tuna Nachos: Crispy wontons covered with ahi tuna, creamy avocado, fresh jalapeño, onion and beet microgreens topped with an aioli jalapeño & sesame tahini drizzle.

Ahi Tuna Salad: Spice-crusted seared ahi tuna served with crunchy radish, cucumber, onion and green beans. Chimichurri coated potatoes and cherry tomatoes add the perfect texture and finished with an italian dressing vinaigrette.

 Shrimp & Spinach Risotto: This rich and creamy risotto is infused with savoury garlic butter, featuring tender shrimp and spinach. Crumbled feta adds a salty contrast, while crispy shredded wontons provide the perfect touch of crunch.  

Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms: Stuffed with Canadian crab and our classic blend of spinach, artichoke hearts & cheese. Finished with garlic breadcrumbs and melted cheese.

 Each dish brings a fresh twist to the table, offering a balance of bold flavour, seasonal flair, and signature Bâton Rouge indulgence.
