This new identifier underscores Bâton Rouge’s burning desire to meet the needs of its clientele and conveys its passion for the grill.
For 30 years, Bâton Rouge has been serving quality, fire-grilled food and delivering an unmatched experience with attentive and friendly service in chic and relaxed ambiances. Bâton Rouge now has 28 restaurants in Quebec, Ontario, and Nova Scotia; each establishment offers guests an attractive and tasty menu and an authentic, high-quality culinary experience each time they visit.
In celebration of its 30th anniversary, Bâton Rouge Grillhouse & Bar will focus on its crown jewel, the grill. Guests will partake in a fabulous dining experience featuring fresh, high-quality grilled food masterfully prepared. Not only will they enjoy the full spectrum of aromas and flavours in distinctive dishes, they will also share Bâton Rouge’s passion for the grill.
